Following our free consultation where we will listen to your ideas, discuss what you want to achieve and let you know the options available and how much the proposal is likely to cost, we can discuss the best options for your project and how much help you require from us.
Our standard package includes comprehensive planning and building regulations support. This package removes the complexity for you and will give you everything you need to kick-start your building project.
Includes everything in the standard package with the addition of specification, tender package distributed to selected builders. JCT contracts put in place, payment plans, 5% retention (defects period). Cross examining of tenders, meetings with client and builders to drill down into detail what is included in their tenders.
